Our policy as stated NO Refunds, Exchanges or Returns. If 5 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement item on your defective product.

To be eligible for a replacement item, your merchandise must be defective or damaged. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 5-days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement. 

We do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from couriers to the local carrier in your city/country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the our facility. 

To ensure you have the correct items, at check out review all correct sizing of products and correct shipping address. YFG is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or incorrect sizing. If you need help with product sizing contact YFG at yfghelp@gmail.com

                        DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your defective item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your defective item.


To replace your defective items please email YFG within 5-days to complete your replacement at yfghelp@gmail.com

                                SALE ITEMS & DISCOUNTED CODES
All Sale & Discounted items are FINAL. You can’t combine multiple discount codes

Damaged/ Defective Products 
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at yfghelp@gmail.com within 5 days or receiving your item and we will assist you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your replacement of defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please be advised depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

An email tracking will be sent to you to verify that your package is on its way back to you.

If you're shipping an item over $75+, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
