SHIPPING POLICY

When Will My Order be Shipped?

Due to the holidays orders may take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. 

For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

You For God DOES NOT accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit in route to shipping destinations or items marked delivered by the carrier chosen at checkout. Once items leave the YFG warehouse the carrier chosen during check out accepts responsibility as the order has now been transferred into the carriers possession. YFG will however assist you with placing a claim with the carrier chosen during the time of checkout all damage claims must be reported 24 hours after your package has arrived. 

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to an estimated 3-12 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 


After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take an estimated time of 3-12 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 3-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS to most locations (Domestic & Internationally). Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

YOU FOR GOD does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

YFG DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.

If there is an issue with your order an email must be sent to yfghelp@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Track Your Order

Track your order status with your Order # or Tracking number

Based on current processing times, please allow up to 2-5 business days for your tracking information to be updated & available. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships from our warehouse. Thank you for your patience.

I'M IN LOVE WITH AN ITEM BUT ITS OUT OF STOCK WILL YOU Restock on past Series Collections?

Unfortunately once a collection is completely sold out we won't be restocking. If in high demand of a particular series we will do a limited time stock during the holidays.

Act quickly when new series come out that you are interested. Due to the fast nature of our business, we never guarantee that an item will be restocked.

                          PRE-SALE ITEMS

After placing your pre-order, it will take up to 4-6 weeks for processing and shipping. Shipping could take up to 10- days depending on courier.
